2.) Is Software To Go just a software sales store?
NO!
Software To Go is a full-service computer store which is committed to excellent customer service and support.

Founded in 1983, Software To Go has gone through positive changes.  People in St. Louis, and around the country have come to know Software To Go, as the one place they can count on for excellent service and dependable support for all their computing needs.

Software To Go provides brand name hardware, software, peripherals, accessories and supplies.  Software To Go is unique to St. Louis, because we know the products we sell, and can offer consulting and support long after the customer makes a purchase.

3.) How long does it take to fix my computer?
Software To Go’s Service Department can get your computer back to you in two or three days. Unlike the ‘big box’ stores, we perform our own service work in-house. This means your computer isn’t shipped away to ‘headquarters’ and worked on by somebody you never will meet.

We perform all repairs in our own Service Department and it is generally done by the same guy you talked to when you brought your computer in. Your questions or special requests are addressed by the same guy doing the work.

4.) How much does it cost to fix my computer?
That depends on the problem and if parts need to be replaced.

Our "in-house" shop rate is $99/hour. We guarantee our work for 30 days. All parts are fully covered by the manufacturers warranty as well.

If the price to repair or clean up your computer exceeds its value, we won’t waste your money. We will explain what is wrong, what needs to be done to fix it, why it won’t be worth your investment and suggest an alternate plan to resolve your issue.

5.) How many locations do you have?
Just one.

We moved to St. Peters, MO in 2006 years after our 20 year location in Clayton.

In 1983, our owner Joe Balsarotti, focused resources from three locations better serving the needs of metro St. Louis. Since then we have expanded our on-site service all over the country. We go to California, New York, Florida, Colorado, Chicago as well as personally visiting clients all over Missouri.

6.) We need computer network help, but not all the time. Can you help?
