Software To Go’s Service Department usually completes repairs or upgrades in less than three days. Unlike the ‘big box’ stores, we perform our service work in-house. This means your computer isn’t shipped away to ‘headquarters’ and worked on by somebody you'll never meet.

We perform all repairs in our own Service Department and it is generally done by the same person you talked to when you brought your computer in. Your questions or special requests are usually addressed by the same person who performs the work.

Our "in-house" shop rate is $129/hour. We guarantee our work for 30 days. All parts are fully covered by the manufacturers warranty as well.

If the price to repair or clean up your computer exceeds its value, we won’t waste your money. We will explain what is wrong, what needs to be done to fix it, why it won’t be worth your investment and suggest an alternate plan to resolve your issue.
