Listed below are our Annual Service Contract Options:

Options 1,2 and 3 include our Quarterly Preventative Maintenance Program and the following services, which are deducted by man-hours:

  • Consultation
  • Diagnostics
  • Repairs
  • Upgrades
  • Configuration
  • Telephone Support
  • On-Site Support

Option 1: Level "C"
36 Hours per Year
$3250*

Option 2: Level "B"
60 Hours per Year
$5175**

Option 3: Level "A"
100 Hours per Year
$8275***

Option 4: Emergency Reserve Services
$879****

All Maintenance and Consulting contracts must be pre-paid and are subject to credit approval before we can make our first service call or consultation.

Any required replacement or upgrade parts, would be billed separately, after approval of their purchase and installation by the contract holder.

* Each Man-Hour (after 36) will be billed at $90/hr.
** Each Man-Hour (after 60) will be billed at $85/hr.
*** Each Man-Hour (after 100) will be billed at $80/hr.
**** This Option is specifically designed for customers who have "In-House" IT Departments but require a back-up service, in case of major failure.
